Our tuition rates are competitive in relation to other private Christian schools. We partner with families and offer a high-quality, yet affordable, Christian education.

Eligible Kindergarten through 8th grade students may use their Step Up For Students scholarship at Potential Christian Academy. We accept the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO), Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA), and the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC).

Private Tours

We would love the opportunity to welcome you and your family to Potential Christian Academy! Contact us by phone or email to learn more about our school and schedule a private, personalized tour. To help us prepare for your visit and better understand your child’s educational needs, please review the information below. The required documentation must be submitted before a tour can be scheduled.

To begin the admissions process, please email pensacola@ilovepca.com with the following information:

  • Child’s complete name
  • Date of birth
  • Grade level for the upcoming school year
  • Report cards from the previous two school years and the current school year
  • Grading scale or grading scale interpretation
  • Standardized assessment scores (Elementary and Middle School students only)
  • Letters of recommendation from all schools previously attended
  • School disciplinary records
  • IEP and/or special needs documentation, if applicable
  • Preschool/Daycare students: Progress reports from all years attended and letters of recommendation

Once we receive the required information, our admissions team will be happy to assist you with scheduling your private tour.

Important Note

  • Campus tours are provided once a student has been offered and has secured a spot. 

Re-Enrollment for Current Students

  • Enrollment is reviewed annually based on:
  • Academic progress
  • Financial standing
  • Disciplinary record
  • Re-enrollment begins the first week of February for the upcoming school year

New Family Information & Admissions Process

Enrollment for New Students

As a new school family, we want to ensure your child’s success from the onset. Parents may begin the registration process at Potential Christian Academy by calling the school office at 850-777-3876 and making an appointment for a private tour and consultation.

Parents may complete all application forms while the student is given the entrance exams. After reviewing the test results, the parents will be notified of the school’s decision regarding the child’s acceptance status.

Student registration will be finalized when the following Admissions Checklist has been completed/submitted:

Preschool
Elementary and Middle School
Re-Enrollment for Current Students

Scholarships

At Potential Christian Academy, we believe a quality Christian education should be both excellent and attainable for families. Our tuition rates are competitively priced compared to other private Christian schools, allowing families to provide their children with a strong academic and Christ-centered education at an affordable cost.

Financial assistance may also be available for students in K5 through 8th grade through Florida’s state-sponsored Step Up for Students scholarship programs. Potential Christian Academy accepts the following scholarships:

2026 - 2027 Tuition Fees

Immunization Requirements

Students applying to Potential Christian Academy must present an immunization record (DH 680) and a current Florida School Entry Physical Examination Form (DH 3040).  In keeping with Florida law, students cannot start classes without the necessary health documentation submitted to the Admissions Office. Immunization records must remain valid throughout the entire school year. Parents can obtain immunization records, health examinations, and screenings from their child's doctor or the Broward County Health Department.
